Service Description

During a Functional Integration® session you will lie on my padded table (fully clothed) while I use gentle touch and movement to help you feel and learn to move in new ways. You will learn to pay attention to how you move so that you will be able to help yourself become more comfortable, reduce pain and anxiety, improve balance and flexibility in order to meet everyday challenges and activities with greater ease.
