    Purposeful support through touch, movement and play
    Valid for 8 weeks
    • Six 45 min- 1 hour Zoom Family sessions
    • You will learn playful ways to touch and move your baby
    • that will support you in knowing how to support your baby
    • Some common subjects we cover:
    • easier tummy time; lifting the head; elements of rolling,
    • learning to sit independently and to discover crawling;
    • coming to stand and walk, to hold and manipulate toys,
    • understanding how to use the floor for support;
    • effective use of the eyes body movements,
    • issues around torticollis.
    • Parents and/or caregivers will gain greater confidence
    • and ability to attune to their baby's needs.
  • 6 Special Needs

    In-Person Support for Children With Special Needs
    Valid for one month
    • Appropriate for baby's with developmental delays,
    • neurological impairment, autism, learning disabilities, etc.
    • These sessions support the family unit as well as the child
    • with special needs.
  • 1 Adult Online

    Online One-To-One Verbally Guided Session
    Valid for 3 months
    • 1 One Hour Zoom Session
    • Personalized verbal guidance using
    • Awareness Through Movement Feldenkrais sequences
    • that will bring comfort, balance and pain reduction
    • and more to your daily life activities.
  • 3 Adult Online

    Let me verbally guide you to awareness through movement
    Valid for 3 months
    • Everything that is included in a one hour session plus
    • ongoing support to continue to further develop
    • skills of awareness, attention, smooth movement quality,
    • better balance, joint freedom, flexibility, and
    • enhanced self-image.
  • 6 Adult Online

    6 Verbally guided one-to-one sessions on Zoom
    Valid for 3 months
    • 6 one hour sessions will give you the time you need to
    • further understand the skills necessary
    • to move with greater awareness, reduction of pain,
    • ease of movement and with more consistency..
  • 1 Adult In-Person

    Try a hands-on session and discover yourself in a new way
    Valid for 2 weeks
    • All sessions are fully clothed; I use a table and support
    • your comfort with pads, towels and pillows as needed.
    • With gentle hands-on movement you will be guided to discover
    • sensations from the movements that create meaning for you.
  • 3 Adult In-Person

    Immerse yourself in the process of learning Feldenkrais
    Valid for 2 weeks
    • 6 Adult In-Person

      Deeper discovery of your movement habits and ways to improve
