Finding The Right Plan For You

  • 1 Baby Play Session

    Try a session! See if we're a good fit!
    Valid for 2 weeks
    • 45 min-1 hour in your home
    • Facilitate your baby's transitions toward successful
    • developmental milestones through movement,
    • intentional touch and play with a purpose.
    • I will be here to support you and your baby
    • every step of the way!
  • 6 Baby Play Sessions

    Support through touch, movement and purposeful play
    Valid for 8 weeks
    • Six 45 min- 1 hour private family home sessions
    • You will learn playful ways to touch and move your baby
    • that will support you in knowing how to support your baby
    • Some common subjects we cover depending upon the stage
    • your baby is at when entering the program:
    • Proprioceptive touch, rolling to the side, lifting the head
    • with ease; coming to the tummy with pleasure (ultimately),
    • fine motor skills, learning to sit and crawl independently,
    • kneeling, standing, squatting and walking.
    • Effective use of the eyes, mouth and tongue
    • early language and social emotional growth
  • Group Baby Play

    Online monthly class; needs 3 families minimum
    Valid for 2 months
    • Along with all the benefits that you gain from Baby Coach
    • You will receive the additional support that comes with
    • forming new friendships for your baby and yourself.
    • In addition, yours and your baby's perspective
    • will broaden when you observe the strategies
    • other babies use to learn and grow.
  • 1 Adult In-Person

    Try a hands-on session and discover yourself in a new way
    Valid for 2 weeks
    • All sessions are fully clothed; I use a table and support
    • your comfort with pads, towels and pillows as needed.
    • With gentle hands-on movement you will be guided to discover
    • sensations from the movements that create meaning for you.
  • 4 Adult In-Person

    Immerse yourself in the process of learning Feldenkrais
    Valid for 4 weeks
    • 8 Adult In-Person

      Deeper discovery of your movement habits and ways to improve
      Valid for 10 weeks
      • 20 Adult In-Person

        Bring your practice to a new level with ongoing sessions
        Valid for 6 months
        • There are levels to a Feldenkrais practice.
        • Body awareness is one level. Functional Movement is another.
        • Improving your overall self-image and behavior is another.
        • Come discover the many levels you can take your practice to.
